At Impact Alternative Learning, our mission is simple: to inspire, support, and empower young people to reach their full potential.
We understand that traditional education doesn’t suit every young person. That’s why we provide practical, hands-on learning experiences that focus on both vocational skills and core academic subjects like English and Maths. This balanced approach helps our students grow in confidence while preparing for adulthood.
Ages & Progression

Ages 11–16: Our main provision supports secondary-aged students who need a tailored approach to learning.

Post-16 Vocational Placements: Learners can continue their education with us after leaving school, focusing on practical training and preparing for work or college.

KS2 year 6. Helping students who want to remain in mainstream education but need that additional support to meet their needs.
At Impact, we focus on progression and preparation for adulthood. Whether students stay with us, move on to college, or start an apprenticeship, our aim is to give them the best possible start in life.
